BARRED PLYMOUTH ROCK
 
Barred Plymouth Rocks ("Barred Rock") are unique and enjoyable to look at and are known to be excellent egg layers. They tend to lay a lot of eggs and lay them quite frequently; some up to one a day! They are also very hearty and do well even in colder temperatures. Their friendly personality makes them a joy to be around making them fun pets if you have children.
