BROWN LEGHORN
 
Brown Leghorn is an Italian breed of chicken primarily used for egg production. When they reach maturity, they will lay approximately 3 large white eggs per week. They have very active and intelligent personalities. Brown Leghorns are good foragers but also handle confinement well. They are mainly a warm climate bird but with adequate shelter, food and water they do fine in wintry weather.
