CORNISH CROSS BROILER
 
If you are looking for a fast-growing meat bird, our Jumbo White Cornish Cross Broilers should be your first choice.
 
Also known as Cornish X, Cornish Rock Cross or White Broilers, these meat chickens will be ready for processing in just 6 to 8 short weeks. These Jumbo White Cornish Cross Broilers are the same meat birds you find at your local grocery store, but by raising your own, you know you are eating the best quality bird out there.
 
Process these birds at around 7 weeks for a 5-pound fryer (processed weight), or around 9 weeks for a larger roaster. Processing these chickens even earlier, around 4 weeks, will result in a Cornish Game Hen, regardless of gender.
